James 5:16 (AMP)

16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another [your false steps, your offenses], and pray for one another, that you may be healed and restored. The heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man (believer) can accomplish much [when put into action and made effective by God—it is dynamic and can have tremendous power].

Good Monday Morning! What a great response from my last Livin' Lively Notes asking you to send me your prayer requests to pray with you and for you in the year 2018! I was so honored and humbled to pray alongside so many of you! We are expecting God to answer every one of our prayer requests this year! It is not too late for you to join. Please email me your prayer requests for these 4 areas of your life:  your family, yourself, your children and your mate (if you are single for you future mate or career and lifestyle). Together we will in unity and one heart wait expectantly on the Lord to answer.

This brought me to today's inspiration through James 5:16. In this scripture we are instructed on how to get our prayers answered! First we are told to confess our sins and offenses to one another! WHOA! SO many times the enemy keeps our sins and offenses in the dark and keeps us in bondage and shame. Today I challenge us to go to one another and confess our failures, our shortcomings, our fears, and offenses so that they can be brought to the light. Then we can experience freedom like never before because the enemy will no longer have a hold on us.

Second we are told to pray for one another so that we can be healed and restored! WHOA! That's our word for the year 2018 that God will restore and redeem. Amazing-- right here we know that this year is your year to be whole healed and restored like never before!  Today as Christ follower's in one heart let us pray for one another so that we may all be healed, restored and redeemed!

Next we are told and promised that the heartfelt and persistent prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much! When we go to God humbly and whole hardheartedly in righteousness the power of God is activated and He will move! Just remember God answer's prayers in His perfect timing so be persistent in your life and do not give up on God!

My challenge this week is: if you want someone to agree and decree prayers alongside you this year, please send me your prayer requests. I challenge us to pray for one another. Find a sister or brother and confess your sins, unbelief, fears, or shortcomings and bring whatever the devil has kept you in darkness and shame about to the light-- claim freedom! Then let us persistently wholeheartedly and humbly pray to God to restore and redeem every area of our lives this year!
